Six Sens Wedding Destination option guarantees you a personalized service and allows you to participate to the maximum in the process of creating and organizing your wedding.

What exactly does Six Sens for you?

• Once you hire us, we start the planning with a Skype appointment in order to determine what you want and what are your priorities for your wedding. All the meetings will be in English or/and Spanish or/and French.
• Your wedding planner gives you a check-list with all the stages of the coordination and the different decisions to take. You will also receive tools to estimate your budget.
• The planning goes step by step, by mail, phone and Skype meetings.
• Our wedding planner service included the organization of all visit of the couple to see the different suppliers. It includes the organization and coordinator presence at all necessary visit with the suppliers and trials (centerpieces, tasting menu, stylist,…).
• We will organize the wedding together at the rate of using an average of two Skype appointments of 2 hours per month.
• Your wedding planner takes responsibility for contacting trustworthy local suppliers and for negotiating the best quotes with them, to let you choose the option you like the most.
• As soon as we have your agreement, we take care of hiring the suppliers you chose and carry out the payment of their services.
• All along the planning process, Six Sens suggest you original and creative ideas for the decoration, in accordance with the concept of your wedding to create an event just like you.
• Six Sens will deal with all the legal and administrative procedures on religious and civil ceremony and will inform you about the documents necessary to legalize your union. If necessary, we can charge us to find an officiant for your ceremony.
• Six Sens also takes care of the transportation and accommodation of the bride and groom and their guests and family if needed.
• The service includes help for negotiating hotel group price.

With the wedding destination services, Six Sens will:

• Confirm orders with all the suppliers hired.
• Organize the Photo-shoot.
• Organize the make-up and hairstyle session.
• Supervise the setup of the material and see to it that it goes smoothly.
• Check out the arriving of the suppliers and settle the payments.
• Coordinate the ceremony (religious, laic, civil or symbolic) and nuptial cortège.
• Organize the reception, welcome the guests and make sure the different steps of the wedding go well (toast, first dance, master of ceremony, fireworks,…).
• Presence of a professional team of wedding planner during the entire event;
• Supervise suppliers’ services and check their quality.
• Complete availability to deal with any trouble or setback.
• Coordination of the taking down.
